Forthcoming Trips 2007

Another year.. another lot of fantastic trips with TOFF!

**For details of the Re-union for ALL the trips in 2006 and presentations on Italy and America, please see the end of this page

We start our new season of trips with an ITALIAN IDYLL to Tuscany and Rome 13-20 March 2007. We leave from Stansted on an early afternoon flight and visit the Vatican where we have arranged to attend an audience with the Pope and a guided tour of the Vatican. Next day to Tivoli the Pope's ancient summer residence.

Next to Florence via Perugia. In Florence we have a full day guided tour of this remarkable city, including a timed visit to the famous Uffizi Gallery. We then go for a full day tour of Siena, a stunning medieval city with a famous cathedral and San Gimignano, which is a charming hilltop village.

Our next day takes in Lucca, an historical town with tiny Romanesque churches, cobbled streets and medieval buildings, then back to Florence for our farewell dinner. We spend our last day in Pisa (where the famous leaning tower is) with time in the town and a short guided tour before we go to the airport for our flight home.

The cost is £698 sharing, to include return flights, 7 nights accommodation at 3* hotels on a bed and breakfast basis, 2 dinners included, full touring itinerary (as above), local guides where applicable. Because it is Ryanair it's possible that flight prices may rise in 2007 so early booking is advised! Full details from TOFF.

The other major trip is to America's MUSIC CITIES Branson, Memphis, Nashville 11-21 November 2007. 11 days, 11 meals: 6 breakfasts, 5 dinners. £1,469 sharing. Includes.round trip air from Heathrow and hotel transfers. Shows we shall see in Branson, our first stop include Shoji Tabuchi, Doug Gabriel and we shall be dining in world-famous Beale Street in Memphis our next stop.
